I did something I didn’t think I would do. I have always done my service at I95 Toyota but whenever I tried to negotiate a car deal I just found it to not sit right so I bought elsewhere. Well yesterday I found a truck on the lot and talked to Billy Bob whom I thought was super cool. I bought the truck and couldn’t be happier! Billy Bob was great and Dan, the sales manager was also great. Boy have things changed. Now we can buy local!

I purchased today a 4Runner from I-95 Toyota in Brunswick, GA. The sales person was Mr Tom Grizzerard. I would like to share my exceptional experience with him, the Sales Director, Mr. Chris and the Finance lady, Mrs Julia. Mr. Tom was humble, energetic, motivated systematic and very much customer oriented. The whole organization was running as a well organized, precisely tuned clock. My deepest and most sincere compliments to Mr Tom and the whole dealership. I recommend them strongly.
This is also difficult to write regarding my oil change on my 4 Runner…Service agent Gloria was absolutely wonderful today, and thank you for providing me with information I was inquiring about…. Now for the oil change. I understand now it’s not first come, first serve. I showed up for my appointment today with one car ahead of me and 15 minutes early. I was last out behind 4 to 6 others, maybe more…..2 hour oil change!! Unacceptable. Still grateful today

I’ve been bringing our Toyota here for 5 years for certain specialized services that our regular mechanic doesn’t offer. Oscar Makepeace in the service department always ensures that our van is in great shape and ready for the family road trips. Once this involved rejecting an aftermarket trailer hitch I brought in because it had been damaged in shipping. I appreciate the level of detail and craftsmanship here.
