⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Toyota of Brunswick today! I came in drowning in a car payment I could no longer afford and was honestly on the verge of doing a voluntary repo. I had no idea if there was even a solution for me, but walking through those doors completely changed that. Billy, my salesman, was absolutely wonderful. I had met Billy about a year ago, and when I came back, he was the one who helped me get into my current vehicle. He has always been so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet, and I’m so glad I got to work with him again today. Richard, the finance manager, was truly a J E W E L! He treated me like one of his own family members. He gave me honest advice, listened to my situation, and genuinely cared about helping me make the best decision for myself financially. I never felt pressured or judged. He went above and beyond to help me, and I am incredibly grateful for him. Dan, the sales manager, was amazing as well. It was actually perfect timing that I had a service appointment with him today. Just purchased a new Toyota. Most painless and upfront experience ever! Tom was great at listening to my needs and must haves. He helped me find the one that fit both! Tom kept me updated on the arrival of my new Rav4. It arrived almost two weeks quicker than initially thought. Richard, in finance, made sure I understood the awesome warranty that are given and offered. Did you know if you invest in the extended warranty and trade in before warranty expires, they will reimburse you for warranty years unused! Richard also encouraged me to double check my insurance to make sure I wasn't being charged for roadside assistance and rentals. Tom did a great job educating me about the services and coverages. However, as with most of us, when we are getting so much information at one time, we don't always remember or hear/retain it all. I had gotten a quote from my insurance company for my new Rav4. I didn't include roadside service but initially did get rental coverage. Richard encouraged me to reach out to my insurance company and cancel that. Well, while sitting in his office, I was able to get on my insurance app and change/cancel the rental. I saved $34.00 a month AND I pay less a month for a brand new Rav4 then I was paying for a paid off Jeep Wrangler! Win-Win!!! I95 Toyota has earned a rest of my life/live in the area, customer for life!
