When I called on Monday, I talked to Mike and he was so understanding when I kept rescheduling my appointment. When I came in today to see what my option were after my previous car had failed, he was so helpful and explained everything. He gave me the best deal and an amazing car. I did not buy my toyota from I-95 Toyota but I took it there for service, and I had a great experience. The staff was nice. The wait area was very nice. The service was good. I appreciated the video I received from the technician showing his finds and progress. I will definitely go back for my service needs, and I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

Richard in finance had everything all ready for me to read over and sign, as soon as I was ready. Toyota is offering this amazing summer special on an extra coverage package for your windshield, tires, key fobs and more so you better go see them before the summer is over! Everyone we talked to and worked with made it all a great experience for me and my son. Thankful to have such a great dealership and service center close to home!

Austin Oglesby has been such a HUGE help. I’m 9 months pregnant and he had so much patience with me and got me in and out! He made the whole process feel easy and stress free! Definitely recommend going to this dealership and most of all recommend going to Austin!
